i have had grandiose plans to blog frequently but then lately lots of things have come up and i keep forgetting.
the book writing is in full swing and we are working through how to share the patterns in progress with the community. we have a blog and a wiki set up over on our book site, but so far we have been using the wiki to track assignments between us and i have yet to really push to blog there since we both have our own sites too.
additionally, the new business is going well but very time consuming – doing work, writing proposals, visiting clients and prospective clients as well as interviewing freelancers for potential addition to the team. i like it more everyday but have yet to settle into any kind of routine.
the photo work has been taking up time as well – i had a show open this past weekend – at the berkeley arts center. it’s a great show – very moving – the theme of which is loss. it will be up through december 6th so check it out if you get a chance.
to top it off, in the last two weeks, I found out that two people I know – one a good friend – are battling breast cancer. donate to help find a cure
