I wrote a piece pondering some questions coming out of the Ellen Pao / Kleiner Perkins trial. I sat on the jury for five weeks and although I was an alternate and didn’t get to deliberate, I came away with a host of questions about our industry and how we in UX, nested inside tech, are doing in regards to gender bias and discrimination.
