||Track workout tonight was pretty fun. We ran around the track then up the hill around the stadium and down the stairs. We repeated this 4 times. I stopped at 3 times around because the track hurt my shins -a lot.
||Sawyer Camp Trail
||Pretty good run this morning. The last Saturday run during taper. Marathon next week. I was only going to do 6 miles but ended up doing 7 because of the need to find the next porta-pottie between 3 and 4 mile marker.
