Howard W. Willard

Howard W. Willard illustrated for several advertising and publishing clients. He designed covers for the Westvaco "Inspriration" Series. In addition he did several tourist illustrations for France, Italy, Moroco, Mexico and Spain. He taught at Cooper Union Institute as a graphic design instructor.
