From 2008-2019 I was a partner in the ux design firm Tangible UX. Much of the work I did was in the fintech space for Intuit, Capital One, Neptune Financial and others. I also spent a large amount of time designing and consulting with companies about their social interfaces as well as interaction design pattern libraries. From 2019-2023 I consulted independently in a long term contract with the ADL (Anti Defamation League) and a bunch of other small startups. Here are some of the outcomes of that work.
