Women of IXD Deep Cuts newsletter #6 content is posted to the Women of IXD website.Learn about Lucy Suchman & her work at Xerox, effectively creating the sub-discipline of enterprise ethnography and prototyping in context. I hated to have cut this from the book (although these contributions are discussed in the narrative - just not a lengthy profile).Hard to believe that back then, this kind of work wasn't integrated into the IXD and UX process.
