Thank god for yoga. The class today was just what I needed. I woke up a little stiff and my joints are very sore.
In class we concentrated on quads and hips and really worked on stretching our hip flexors and legs. It was just what the doctor ordered because I feel so much better. I am still sore in my knees. I am not sure what to do about that. You can't exactly stretch a joint. Sandie has been encouraging and says it gets better and that your joints will get stronger. Of course she is on her 3rd season.
